It might look like Ayo might be what we needed just needed a chance. The chance is there for him if he can develop into the player he was tonight on a night to night basis against other more difficult teams… We’re golden. lol.

Makes smart passes, pushes pace, rebounds, scores on great efficiency, finishes well, defends, doesn’t do dumb shit…I can’t get over how good he is. He has filled so many needs for us, it’s crazy. He seems more than a role player, he’s gotta be part of the future core and could function as our starting PG going forward.

Ayo, Bones, Kyle Anderson and Jaylen Clark will still need contracts. Can they be signed within 30M/38M (depending on whichever source is correct)? I think so. Or at least ³⁄₄ can be.

Ayo will probably get a Naz/Jaden type contract if he performs in the playoffs (~24-25M). Bones and Clarke are currently paid 2.2M and I don’t think their salary will change much. Kyle is on vet min I think and could sign for another vet min.

We could keep everyone including Randle, if we wanted. Maybe need to let Bones go but that’s not a dealbreaker
