Jokic in February had a TS% of 57.2% with a bunch of high TO games and record of 4-7 which is pretty much as bad as it’s ever gotten for him in recent years as he struggled to come back from his first major injury

In the last 2 weeks he seems to be more or less back to his regular self

His defense and Denver’s actually looked better this game. Hope slightly restored. Jokic was electric tonight. Denver’s last matchup with OKC and San Antonio will be very telling of if this team is a championship level team. I’ve always believed but it’s been a rough stretch

Oh I know brother, I’m a jazz fan who is in love with Jokic. I’ve watched 90% of all Denver games since we have been suck. You don’t have to convince me to believe I always have.

What worries me is AG seemingly regressing defensively in the limited stretches he’s been available and Braun looking like a bad overpay with middling defense.

I don’t think the regular season matchups matters at all. The lakers finished strong last year down the regular season and got destroyed in the playoffs.

His defense was great tonight, solid contests and somehow was a good rim protector lol. Obviously on offense he missed some easy stuff early, started ¹⁄₅ but went on to go ⁹⁄₁₄ afterwards including finally putting up a good night shooting threes. Dominated the 3rd and that was that. Glad to have the Joker back for real now.
