[All-Access] A view from the court in Los Angeles as LeBron James assists his son Bronny James on the 3-pointer. It’s the first father to son assist in NBA history.
wait this is LeBron’s first assist to Bronny ever?
Would have for sure thought they try in some garbage time. I think Bronny had the son to father assist though last year
They tried really hard in the first game they ever played together to get LeBron to assist Bronny, but outside of that there’s not really been a strong push to do stuff like that.
I’m sure they’ve tried a couple other times and bronny just can’t hit a shot lol, but they rarely even play on the court together in the first place
I do like that they stopped forcing and know it would come eventually
They not sticking 41 yr old LeBron in for garbage time though
Smh cutting the umbilical cord didn’t count?
Besides assisting him to the NBA
I hope this comment gets the love it deserves.

Wow would have thought this happened last season
I feel like these last 2 games, 18 minutes is the only time lebron and bronny have been on the floor together outside of opening day last year.
That’s amazing. I really want to see a LeBron to LeBron lob
Awww I asked the question earlier today

Now we just need Bronny to throw his dad an Alley Oop
This is pretty cool. And Bronny seems to have gone from disaster to at least an end of the bench type player which is about what you would expect.
I didn’t lose faith in Bronny eventually being a serviceable player. He had multiple health scares with his heart and missed valuable development time. His hard work is paying off.
It feels like it’s rarely brought up but Bronny was a legit prospect coming out of high school. Scouts ranked him as the 20th best prospect in his class, and even if you think his background gave him a nepotism boost he was obviously a talented player with reasonable upside due to his NBA-level athleticism. Not many point guards can throw down lobs like Bronny in transition.
He was a rising prospect though, before his senior year the idea of him playing in the NBA was purely because of his name. That’s not a bad thing, there was an expectation he’d develop well, but his ceiling always had a lot of questions.
I knew the dude was gonna be alright. He compares well to Deuce on our team, who was also afraid to shoot for the first two years.
When the shots start falling and the confidence sets in, as long as his PoA defense is still good he’ll find a place in most NBA teams

this is cool af!
Genuinely a freaking cool moment.
I feel a very genuine sense of pride for my son, when he says “Dada poopy!” to let me know he shat himself and needs a new diaper.
I can’t imagine what it would feel like to watch your kid hit an NBA 3. Let alone having done so because YOU are the one that set him up for it.
Fucking bonkers.

Once again if you care about this but not about Thanasis Antetokounmpo, you are a miserable dork
Dude, most of the league is brothers, its not a big deal.
Hey we’re on nba Reddit, we are all miserable dorks
that’s kinda sad tat it took 3/4ths to the season for the first LBJ connection.
Fuck nepotism, but that’s still cool.

After 11 years he finally assists his bum.
