He was originally designed by Cheryl Henson (daughter of Jim Henson creator of the muppets) so it makes sense

It is but the league won’t allow teams to make their their current logo the same as their old logo because they want the money from classic merch. You can do a modern version of it like the Hawks did or like we did with this shitty alt logo.

No but they can sell their regular merch with the modern logo and then also sell classic merch which is a different revenue stream in their eyes. They believe that using the classic logo is cannibalizing that revenue stream because people won’t buy both modern merch and classic merch if the logo is the same.

Maybe LaMelo is the same type of pass-first PG, but his stats are quite far from Hali, especially in terms of impact.
Miller has the highest ceiling and can be a super star if he just takes and makes better shots. Lamelo and Kon will star in their roles. Diabate has an unbelievable motor when he’s in and Bridges fills in the gaps. Plus our bench is set and everyone knows their roles. This team is young and postseason will be a wakeup call. However, nobody going to overlook them next year if this continues. I could see the Hornets competing for a top 4 seed next year
