The quiet impressive thing about Rollins is that he has really levelled up playing both alongside Giannis, and without Giannis. It hasn’t just been a usage jump; he was playing a complementary role at a really high level when he needed to play a complementary role.

With that also comes an increased opportunity to shine for Rollins though, which he is of course taking

Yeah I also think people tapped in were excited about what Ajay could be already from flashes last year. Obviously we were not expecting this jump from him, but Rollins was more out of the blue and like you mentioned, he was straight up the top dog some games this year.

Yep, as someone who was high on Mitchell in the draft and felt he was excellent in limited run last year, I haven’t been overly surprised by what he’s done.

I just don’t think Bones is showing anything new that people didn’t believe he could do 5 seasons ago. He had good stretches for LAC and DEN, too. He seems more mature and sturdy now, but it’s not a jump like Queta or Gillespie.

Ja Morant wasn’t that ass tbh his 3 fell off a cliff but he was still performing well considering he’s been dealing with major injuries causing lingering reinjuries the whole season, he only played 20 games this year he didn’t really have any time to work out the kinks of post recovery, still was dropping 20 pts and 8 assists per game with 28 min

Agreed!! The fact that he regularly scores high or gets a double double when Cade goes out is impressive as hell. Low key I think he should be there instead of Anthony Black. It’s a breakout year for Black, no doubt about that, but he was drafted 6th overall for a reason - his production/potential was kind of expected. Jenkins on the other hand went undrafted.
