Youre clearly missing a lot for someone saying to looka t the context. Goga insults lukas family - “i will fuck your whole family” in serbian during the fts. Luka goes up to the ref to let him know instead of jawing back initially. Ref says okay and then does absolutely nothing, not even a warning, as goga keeps saying shit after, then luka replies and now double techs straight without warning.
Ref was just completely out of his depth and failed to manage the situation despite the player doing the right thing. This gets rescinded even if luka wasnt on his 16th.
