He hasn’t toned the complaining down nearly as much as people are claiming. I know it sounds like a nice storyline, “Luka has been playing better because he’s not arguing with the refs,” but in reality he’s just hitting the shit he normally makes.

Just to be thorough, in those 8 wins, the Lakers have beaten: Knicks, Nuggets, Timberwolves, Rockets 2x and the Heat. All solidly playoff teams that most people expect to win a playoff series or 2 (except Miami and Houston, but who knows, Spo has some juju, and KD against the right team could be flames).
