I honestly wouldn’t trade a 1st round pick for McCain. He’s pretty mediocre per a lot of the all-in-one metrics, and I wouldn’t want to be on the hook for his 2nd contract.
Will be harder to trade him next offseason when there’s only 1 year left on his rookie deal.

Idk what metrics you’re talking about, but advanced stats are used to support the eye test, not to draw conclusions. If you watch him with the Thunder, you can see he is super high impact in limited minutes. He finishes plays at an elite level, and drills high pressure bif shots. His defense definitely isn’t good, but he gives great effort and the skill will get better over time with us.
