Lmao
Lemao
I understand he is a professional athlete but props to a 40 year old for diving for the ball like that
Nah.
-Can Newton
More like Can’t Newton, am I right?
lol. I’ll leave it for your joke.
My favorite thing I’ve ever heard was driving through Alabama while he was at Clemson and hearing a bunch of grown ass men say “Scam Newton” on the radio over and over unironically like it’s the most clever thing they’ve heard.
lol, that is who I thought of immediately, “Cam Newton would NEVER!”
Didn’t even do that in his prime
Luka would only dive like that if there was a chicken nugget on the court
You forget about this highlight? https://youtu.be/pYk6fL6QfBo?si=ydgUMFNelEiXG8gf
That’s a sick highlight. I’m actually sad he didn’t get the assist on that play; he freaking earned it.
I haven’t even seen it but I know what it is, so have my upvote. Best play ever. Poetry in motion.
I’ve been watching for a while. But this is up there with one of the wildest sequences I’ve ever seen.
41 and a bit
I am 42 and still try to hoop, but I would rather die than attempt what he did
Shit I’m 32 with failed skater dad-knees and I felt that dive tomorrow.
100%. Trendy lately to hate on LeBrons game but you can’t question his continued commitment to the game.
True, but in the clip you can see the moment he goes “ah hell nah man, im too old for this shit”
Probably realised the second his feet left the court
I’ve made a huge mistake
looks like he hit his elbow on the court wrestling the ball away from Murray
Bro is a 41 year old billionaire falling to the floor for a loose ball
Not even just the dive. The acceleration and being first to the ball is insane at that age
I’m 38 and feel like Daria every time I play any sports with my kids
He didn’t even give it a second thought. Zero hesitation. Bron wanted this game.
Dude ill only be 36 later this year, I did a climbing cloud thing with my kids today, you’re like 40’ in the air by the end of it climbing from “floating” platform to the next with a giant net around everything so you can’t fall out or down, and there’s spots I had to belly crawl or turn a total 180 from a point where I was laying on my belly to go 2’ up to the next platform that I was crawling under to keep going up and had to bend in ways I haven’t in a very long time - my body feels destroyed lol. I cant even imagine full on diving for a ball like that and landing on that court.
https://youtu.be/KJAsSXzd59o?si=r8l65w02HkOT-IlY
Here’s a video from them actually showing what it’s like.
Man it makes me feel bad but my ribs back and legs are shot lmao.
That’ll hurt tomorrow lol
Shi that started hurting immediately 😂
Them 41 year old nerves kicked in before he even hit the ground
I can’t believe he’s still out there in the court.
Already listed as questionable for the next game before they called jump ball
Yeah I wonder who the Lakers will build around him once Luka and AR age out.
Great comment lol
It’s weird to me to think he’s a billionaire that plays games as hard as he is tbh lol
Probably the only one who’s actually busting ass and covered in sweat most days. Maybe messi? idk
And Messi is doing that in what’s basically a retirement league for him, there’s no need for him to be going as hard as he is but he does. Shits cool.
This dude is probably less than 2 years older than me and he’s basically my grandpa. I have so much respect for him and how I look at his career.
His brain started yelling NOOOOOOOO right after his feet left the floor
Muscles preemptively sore😭
It’s hurting today
I’m just watching and I immediately felt the pain (plus he was kneed). And I’m younger than LeBron.
Commentators: when you’re older the floor feels harder.
That’s gonna hurt for a month and a half at his age

This is weird, I was told LeBron doesn’t care about winning anymore
He’s averaging 14 shot attempts since the all star break and people will say he’s stat chasing. Hes took a complete backseat for the team and has been super professional about it.
People just hate LeBron and will make up random shit. Watch the games and you’ll see how he’s sacrificed a ton
Chris Bosh sacrificed some with the heat. Kevin Love sacrificed some with the cavs. now it’s Bron’s turn
And they were rewarded with rings. Hopefully Luka can carry the way for brons 5th
And they both were huge as no3 guys. They each would just kill teams too. Bosh killed Chicago. Love kills Toronto. It’s an art.
And they got rings for their sacrifice
Also people so dumb they don’t realize he is saving his energy for his last playoff run … Charles Barkley gonna eat his words when lakers somehow someway win a ring this year …
Barkley has eaten his words so much he doesnt care. “A jump shooting team will never win the championship” like 3 months before the warriors won 3 in 4 years
I’ll donate 100 dollars to midnight mission if the Lakers win a championship this year
I may do it anyway, but I’ll def do it if the Lakers win it all
I don’t know what the midnight mission is but if the warriors win, I’ll chip in 100 bucks of my own. Any excuse to help a good cause tbh
This is the thing I do actually love about Bron resting in the corner half the game. This is his lowest usage of his career leading into the playoffs. Very underrated observation by you
Love Bron Bron but he ran out of gas late tonight as he has the last 3 playoff runs. That’s why he’s 3rd option, his energy isnt all there but now he can conserve as much energy as possible and make winning plays like the dive on the floor
Absolutely ridiculous some Lakers fans were complaining that he was gonna ruin the winning streak
Delusional
You’ll hear them again in the next LeBron hate post, nothing phases those morons
Jamal Murray has been tragic, watch him hit a game winner
I’m so traumatized I was 100% sure that half court heave was going in
Many of us were legitimately shocked a low probability shot didn’t go in for Denver against the Lakers
I can’t believe he passed up the wide open baseline shot, but then I remembered how bad he was and the Nuggets got an open look out of it
Jamal had a terrible night, 1-14 from the field.
Fully expect him to go off in OT now
Welp he fouled out immediately lol
He meant Go off.. the court
This might end up favoring Denver
Agree
Anndddddd he’s fouled out. Might be one of the worst modern performances by an All-star player in regular season Basketball.
Yeah crazy bad game after the streak he’s been on lately
Not sure what the hell happened, he just looked like he had no faith in his shot.
Thank God for my handsome king AG keeping us in it
it just happens sometimes
doesnt he have 5 fouls though
Lol good point, he fouled out immediately
Going from 30+ the game before to this..tough luck.
I’m 32 and don’t dive on the floor.. salute to Bron man.
But that shit def popped his hip lmaooo, he barely jumped on the jump ball
ill dive on grass, but wood court? fuck that lol
Yea, that’s an easy way to wake up with a hip bruise the next morning. Fuck that
A basketball court offers a much nicer dive than dry grass. The court+sweaty clothes has very little friction so a lot of the energy goes into the slide rather than your body.
I’ll dive for a ball in basketball but I’ve never seriously laid out in softball because I’ll break a rib.
I made that mistake in HS. I play volleyball and used to belly diving/diving in general. Slid into 2nd playing softball and that turf gave me no padding at all. Hardwood/sport court still hurts but a least you slide/can dive correctly
As a volleyball player getting close to his 30, and as someone who played was used to both diving and sliding in soccer (played midfield and keeper), both are entirely dependent on diving the correct way.
I’ll dive on a wood court but I play exclusively on blacktop so that’s not happening
To be fair to you, you are not Lebron.
Well one of you is a professional athlete…
Why are you comparing yourself to Bron again?
For $50+ million a year you best be diving on that ball
My King is giving it his all
No no, I heard he was coasting his way to 3rd in the west. Shouldn’t be on the floor, hurts his team actually
You can’t coach that. A 41 year old player cares more about winning than 20 year olds.
If only Cam Newton in his prime during the Super Bowl cared as much as a 41 year old.
Yeah buddy that’s how it feels for the rest of us
The rest of us will need a stretcher after that dive
Did you see how much ground he covered? If I made a dive like that, I’d need a podcast because I’d never stop talking about it.
That’s my goat
Everyone’s saying LeBron’s a detriment. He’s been the absolute perfect 3rd option since he came back from injury and Reaves found his grove again. That’s a 41 year old, co-GOAT diving on the floor to help his team get the possession and win.
That’s why he’s my GOAT
Granted, I’m nowhere near as athletic or in shape as LeBron, but when I decided to play rec soccer as a keeper at 40, I absolutely shattered my clavicle making a fairly routine save. Props to him.
Jesus hope it healed quick, i hear that’s one of the most painful areas you can suffer a fracture
Thanks! It was during covid, so initially they wouldn’t do surgery until it was about 130% displaced, then they didn’t have a choice.
:l
my condolences
I’m not a LeBron fan, but damn, I got to give it to him. That was 100 effort
My goodness LeBron wanted that ball! This game has a playoff intensity! Crazy risky and glad he didn’t get hurt.
90 year olds gotta be careful hitting the ground like that. They might not get back up
I can’t imagine any actual 90 year old would ever get back up
Inspirational
He got knee’d in the balls. I think that’s why he was staying down/hurt more than anything
Never wanna hear he doesn’t care about winning
People are really out there saying he’s a bad leader who doesn’t care about winning anymore btw
He’s gonna feel that tomorrow
Shit I’m feeling that now it wasn’t me lol
41 years old and still diving like that, wow!
He regretted that immediately lmao
LeSacrifice the body
I’m surprised Bron dove. I’m unsurprised he rolled around on the ground for a minute and a half after
Jamal could have gotten the rebound if he had tried a little bit.
Insanity honestly
I’m 29 (2 months away from 30) and my diving days over, good work Bron!
Bro is not playing on Monday after this one
I’ve fallen and can’t get up
SUPER BRON
LeIngOut
He just expended his Phoenix Down
Bruh and yet, there are people out there really questioning his love for the game and his work ethic🤦🤦
LeHip replacement
Now that LeBron is a little older, I find him more relatable. All I can think of is how sore that man is going to be.
LeOld
Travel had control and slide across floor
Should not be a jump ball. Fuckin’ stupid.
Yeah, that’s travel lol
shouldn’t that be a foul on Murray? his knee landed on Bron. that’s gotta hurt
He’s a champion. He plays like one.
You ain’t playing madden bron 😆
That’s definitely the last time he’s doing that lol
LeHustle
Wow
Murray is a moron. He gives the ball to Gordon, hold onto it, you’re the better foul shooter. These guys can’t think under pressure
This is how you play basketball
And it was his second hustle play in the clutch.
Damn, Grandpa dived hard on that floor than Michael Phelps in a pool.
You ladies ok ahh jump
The risk reward on that play is insane
Ball is life
he’s the goat 🐐
I will never understand why people hate on this guy (other than just being lame ass haters).
That was an incredible play. He torpedoed in there. He’s going to need a double tonight (double ice bath that is).
Old fucking man. Let’s gooooo
It’s a wild a 40yr old guy is doing this. I hope everyone’s grateful because one day and one day soon he won’t be here
And Cam Newton wouldn’t even do that in a Super Bowl
2 LeGit 2 Quit
Looks like Murray accidentally kneed him in the lower abdomen when going for the ball.
That was a sick play though let’s be real. That energized the fuck out of the team man what a great game
Great hustle
Lelifealert
Is this a highlight?
Yes, if you watched. You would know it was very important. And 🫡 to the Old Man for putting his old arse body on the line.
What a hero, down by one, and sacrificing your fragile body for your team redemption
Le flop again /s
I’m 42, hitting the ground hurts nowadays, lol good effort, bron
LeFirstToTheFloor
LeImgettintooOldforthisShit
“That was the worst dive ever. Bum. Kobe dives better” - lakers fans probably
Its 2026 and im still seeing lebron dive for loose balls in crunch time.
Jamal gotta take that middy
Be careful my beautiful king :c
Help. I’ve fallen and I can’t get up.
Braun is so fucking soft lmao. How do you give up that rebound in a close game
IVE FALLEN AND I CANT GET UP
This man is 75 years old
Cam has been so disappointing
Get this man life alert!🚨
Is he gonna be okay?
Nothing some icy hot wont fix!
LeFumbleRecovery
Laker fans will question this man and blame him for everything
Lebron has changed the way he played the last week and that’s huge for the Lakers hope
THE GOAT doing GOAT shit 😤🐐👑
Why does this have 1.1k up votes in 48 minutes?
Bron acts like he’s dying anytime a body part touches any other surface. That dive and landing was smooth af for him to act like his body broke in half.
