It’s exactly the same as the swim move in lacrosse
Swim move is a strong move that rotates your arm/body in a way that negates the opponents arm. This is a windmill gather with the right and a shoulder shove with the left. As much contact that defenders can’t use on opponents, offensive players are getting away with things more and more. The flagg one wasn’t bad but that christie one is full on shove.
