Honestly, I thought Jokic played pretty flop-free for the most part up until about a year ago. If anything I thought he got away with some extra elbows/physicality.
But it started last season and kicked into overdrive in the playoffs, but he’s been foul hunting/flopping like crazy.
It’s probably because he’s getting older and playing banged up, so it’s not quite as easy to dominate, especially since the Nuggets are decimated by injuries. Scrounging up 3-6 points a game by flopping helps him still produce while not expending extra energy.
