I’m really happy to see Reed flourish, and I’m really impressed by KD taking him under his wing. Ime might not like Reed, but KD has never been anything but hyped and super complimentary of Reed in interviews and gives him props on the court constantly. Reed has become a really impactful scorer and player for you guys and KD has had a huge hand in that.

Soon as he saw his first 3 go in, he went crazy. Literally like 8 points in a row including a pull-up three and transition assist. Single-handedly flipped the momentum and KD and him closed out. Impressed that we pulled it off considering we’re a bad clutch team.

If FVV and Adams weren’t hurt I think this team could absolutely win a chip. If we can turn DFS contract into a playable NBA player and have decent injury luck next year I think we’re absolutely in it. Not favorites for sure but contenders. Even as is we’ll still probably give whoever we play in the playoffs hell, but I agree there’s no way this team right now wins 3 straight 7 game series the way this offense is so inconsistent

Yeah he’s been absolutely awful. This game turned when we played Josh Okogie instead. The hope is its just a slow recovery from injury which is why I think he’s still getting minutes, but there’s a chance he just fell off his old age cliff already because he’s been back for two months now. Coming into this season Mose was Vegas’ favorite to win COTY. I was a huge fan of his and thought pretty much every problem we’d had of offense during his tenure was due to roster construction. The addition of Desmond Bane has exposed deeper problems with our offense, and imo revealed Mose to be a terrible in-game decision maker. That 21-0 Houston run was embarrassing. It was almost entirely caused by Suggs’ tantrums and mental mistakes, and Mose could’ve stopped it with a substitution at any moment. That stretch should really be all that ownership needs to see to make their decision this offseason.

It’s not often the Rockets are the ones making the comeback and clutching the win. KD hits 32K+ points and Reed Sheppard looks like Cocaine Curry in the second half.

Reed made pull-up 3s and was making shots in general, penetrated the paint, kept his TOs low, and wasn’t even really getting targeted on defense while getting stocks. Games like this are why he’s the X-factor. Sooner or later he has to start with how many offensive holes he fills.

SO to Okogie too. For some reason he fell out of the rotation for a bit, but he’s honestly great for like a 9th man. And Capela too for clapping back at Ayton with decent minutes far from his prime.

Tari looking gimpy and Bari hurting his ankle non-contact was bad though. Feel bad for Tari especially. If he’s just a 40% 3PT shooter now, he’d be a top 3&D player. Only thing holding him back is health. Need those guys back healthy soon since DFS has been bad. At this point let Okogie take his minutes.

Tari hasn’t been shooting well since returning from injury. It sucjs because he was shooting lights out before that. Jabari’s been playing well recently only to end up hurt too. .

Okogie had a rough January scoring wise and his minutes have fluctuated based on roster health. When Jabari, Tari, Reed, DFS, and Amen are healthy and playing full minutes he loses out. I would like to see more of him over DFS.
