Al Horford has reached 15,000 career points. He joins KD and Conley as the only players from the 2007 draft class to reach that milestone
Shoutout Thaddeus Young
Thaddeus “the graphic” young
If 5 players have done a thing, Thaddeus Young is one of those five players.
Great nickname idea
One of the greatest of all time
He’s up there with the likes of Magic, Bird, MJ, and Lebron
Thagic Johnson
Jeff Green still has a chance?
Jeff green is still playing?
edit: wow. still 2 sonics standing!
hell yeah
technically 3 since russ was drafted as a sonic
No way he scores 541 more points
He is 39 years old at the end of the bench. IF he even gets into a game, he’s only averaging 4.9 minutes.
The last two seasons combined he’s scored 220pts total.
As good as he was, Marc Gasol never stuffed the stat sheet, so no surprise there. Thad Young and Jeff Green are surprising though, given that they played for so long and are close to 15k.
Reminder Yi Jianlian went #6 in this draft
The Chairman – a great nickname given how much time he spent sitting on the bench.
Milwaukee took Yi and Joe Alexander Top 10 in back-to-back drafts.
Oof
Shows you the importance of the lottery - picks 2-5 right there and nobody can complain about taking Oden at pick #1.
Depends on the year tho. The 2011 one is all over the place. Kyrie with 18k points, picks 2-4 are 3k 8k 6k, pick 5 12k, pick 6 570 points, klay at 11 has 17k, kawhi at 15 has 16k, vucevic at 16 has 18k, Tobias Harris has 16k at 19, butler has 16k at 30. Lottery is important but good drafting and development is still essential
Yeah I win oden was able to actually play, that blazers team could’ve been real nice if they had healthy Roy and oden
What the hell KD
sneakily good scorer.
Might double up the #2 scorer in his draft class.
Marco Belinelli my MAN
HOF
It does not feel right to see him with a jersey that ain’t green. 🥹
Kind of funny because in some ways I agree but he’s played a lot more of his career in a different jersey. Played 2 more years in Atlanta alone.
I used to be jealous of Arron Afflalo
Top four are picks 2, 3, 4, and 5. Besides big Greg’s injury they really nailed the beginning picks.
Damn I fuckin loved Arron Afflalo
Once again, sad for Greg Oden
He was a key starter for a long time. I’m quite surprised that it took him this long. At least compared to someone like Andrew Wiggins who is currently 31 years old.
He’s averaged less than 15 a game for a decade and less than 10 since his second stint in Boston, was a insanely valuable player but never much of a scorer
would’ve been a crazy top 5 draft class if it wasn’t for Greg Oden
feels bad for Greg 😞
Conley and Horford combined almost equal kd
Man, outside of one historically great player (I’m not going to put a number on where KD is because people will argue) that’s actually a fairly weak draft class.
