No reporters seemed to be at Tim Hardaway Jr.’s postgame media availability as he jokingly says, “Ya’ll have a great evening!” before leaving
Most 3s off the bench this season and no one there? Shameful
The media’s obsession with stars means guys having career years off the bench get ignored. He deserves better.
At least he seemed pretty happy about not having to deal with media nonsense
Your father was a legend and you are really good. We hate you.
Media probably
Nepo babies in a democracy don’t get enough hate so nepo babies in a meritocracy get 10x the hate.
Valid
Probably cause the game was on so damn late everyone is already sleeping
Seriously, that 10pm ET tip-off was brutal. My eyes were glazing over by halftime.
The radio guys in Philly were recently talking about what the local postgame TV show is like in Philly after a west coast night game. Everything but baseball and nobody ever talks about it because nobody is watching. The only people tuning are doing it to see what random stuff they get into for laughs
Ya I could see it being useless for reporters to get quotes this late since they know it’s not gonna make it into any articles/clips/etc since the rest of the news team isn’t working this late, and it’s not exciting enough to run the next day.
If the players can be fined for not showing then media should as well.
Their employer could reprimand them if it’s something expected from their role and in their contract, and for all we know they might, but the NBA can’t fine or punish employees from a different company.
I know they can’t fine them but they def could give them less access or a warning which leads to one.
Either way I was mostly joking. If no one was gonna show it should have just been canceled and not waste his or anyone’s time.
Yes
They never show love to the sons mane
It’s wild how much harder they have to prove themselves compared to their dads.
The entire city of Toronto pumping up their GDP just to make LeBron proud
Don’t get me wrong I always liked bro, but I did not think he would’ve lasted this long in the league, respectfully.
I got hooked up with tickets in the 5th row in Dallas, and EVERYONE thought he was playing awful and then simultaneously realized he had a career high of like 37 points.
He was amazing and awful in his time with us. I got nothing but love for him tho
When Timmy’s on a hot streak, he is fun to watch tbh. Especially when he got hot out of nowhere and torch the other team.
Honestly same, I thought he’d be a journeyman after that rookie deal. Dude’s carved out a solid role as a microwave scorer though.
Why not
What the hell, feels like THJ should have some interesting things to say considering how he’s out lasting and out performing most people’s expectations for him, not even the usual glazers are around to repeat the same questions from last interview.
Side note glad he’s a Nugget, he’ll def ball out when he can, and usually if we’re rolling, hell gladly get his lick in
God damn he’s a clone of his father.
The mannerisms are spot on, it’s like watching a replay of the 90s.
does no one realize that the media was in the locker room and he snuck out of it to do this and leave early😂
idk that just makes me sad and disappointed.
He’s like fuck yeah, time to clock out and go homeeeeee
Me when no one shows up to my 4pm zoom call
This is kinda sad.
Media doesn’t care about Denver which sucks
Sounds like Jokic 12⁄25
Damn.
Most happy NBAer. Going home early.
That’s a vet move right there.
Love and miss you, Timmy!
As a Nugget, I’ve really come to appreciate him. And he seems like a decent guy as well.
I’d be at every presser for Tim Jr. he’s a good player and he’s the son of Chicago legend Tim Hardaway. Enough said lol
He a loser thats why
