For those people who CBA watching the clip; This happened recently, he’s still recovering. He was going on a date with his wife, woke up in a puddle of his own blood. He doesn’t disclose why or what happened, so maybe he fainted and hit his head. Maybe blood clots. Maybe something else.

Blood clot again i’m guessing, it happened to my cat and he couldn’t move his legs(i’m assuming it’s similar for humans idk tho)

Probably a blood clot. Loss of consciousness could be from it dislodging blocking off blood flow. Might have had a stroke even which could cause the leg weakness and the loss of consciousness.

Saw another comment mentioning his anti-coagulants causing bleeding, that is possible but would need more information on exactly what happened.

He was on my flight from Mexico city. It was delayed til next morning. And in morning got delayed another 4-5 hours. Dude just sat and waited like the rest of us. Hope he is ok

I’m assuming he’s on blood thinners long term to prevent further clots because of his history but a side effect can bleeding. It could be he passed out and bled from his nose. Terrible and I’m sure very frightening

I have blood clots and I’m young. I see so many young athletes getting them too. Lillard. Ausar. Wemby. There’s a link between Covid and clots and general vascular injury. My gut says this may be a link to what I perceive as a sudden increase into non traditional patient populations. My surgeon commented that he usually sees only older, non healthy folks.

My symptoms was swelling and discoloration in my calf. The pain felt like a bad calf pull that could not be stretched out etc. I can’t stress enough if your calf or other limb is red and a clear difference in color from its corresponding limb, goto the ER.

What he went through sounds terrifying. To blackout and wake up in a puddle of your own blood. Wish him well and hope he never has to deal with a situation like that again.
