Last year, Pritchard was 18 for 81 – though some of those were heaves.
Part of the reason PP is known for taking buzzer beaters or the half courts heaves is because he took them at all. Before they changed the rules so last second heaves don’t impact your shooting %, a lot of dudes wouldn’t take them.
He was definitely one of the players who always looked to shoot, but he still only attempted 17 heaves in 5 seasons (8 last year).
