David got some pretty crazy speed for his size like a train but Wemby is more agile than him. Then again Wemby grew up in an age where moving side to side on drives like euros was shown more.

Rodeo road trip. Every year the Frost Bank Center hosts this rodeo show that prevents the team from using the arena for like a month. So Austin is where we play home games.
well, not all the home games. It’s just been 2 the last couple of years. It makes the road trip a little less exhausting. Helps that Moody Center’s a pretty good arena aside from the parking situation.
Multiple things. Spurs wanting to expand their fanbase most probably. Also rodeo is going on in San Antonio (they added Austin games recently to the Rodeo Road trip).
Cuz us damn Austinites are gonna steal the team.

Never thought a player that size would be able to move like that, and please don’t say Ralph Sampson, he 7’1-7’2” without shoes.
I never really got the Sampson comparisons. They play so different and Sampson moves much slower is “much smaller” and a terrible defender (compared to Wemby, duh).
David his first few years might be the closest.
Admiral was an incredible athlete, but the height difference between Wemby and him is the same as the one between KD and Kobe.
David Robinson in his prime moved and looked like a real life super soldier. Like watching a 300lb big cat fly and leap across the court.
