I’m not saying the Warriors need to rebuild starting next season BUT they need to start thinking about rebuilding very soon because the end is coming, and I really don’t see the Warriors getting another championship during this Kerr/Curry era. The teams rebuild was supposed to be that ‘20/‘21 draft and they busted on the #2 and #7 picks that they were supposed to build around. For some reason the team’s owner thinks he can get Giannis and so they’ve been just holding onto picks as a play-in team getting worse every year instead of at least trying to grab something they can build around.

I actually think we were in a really good position with Jimmy, Steph, and KP for this season, age is a factor but they can’t exactly predict season ending injuries. Unfortunately, the Bucks just teased everyone and TM3 wasn’t on the market, so not sure how much more they could have done for this particular season. I’m just happy they are still trying to some degree.

Pretty incredible they basically did a failed rebuild straight into a championship in 22’.

For a big 3, I think they would’ve been an amazing dynasty a few years ago, but yeah age is a huge factor. It really pretty amazing that their 3 lottery picks basically had no impact on that championship run and that a 28th pick from the year prior did.

I know their dynasty is over, but it’s hard to watch them go from that to basically the Kings with a better Jalen Brunson because they thought they could strike gold twice.
