He’s been so massive for the Spurs this year. Might low key be the most valuable 6th man in the league. Not having a black hole in the post when Wemby is out of the game is so huge and lets Wemby comfortable rest in so many of these blowouts.
Luke is the most underrated big man in the league, I’m so sad we had to let him go but I’m so happy he got his bag. Dude is just so unassuming but he’s one of the best pick and roll bigs in the league, sets killer screens, has surprisingly good hands and just has a super high BBIQ.
Oh and he’s absolutely hilarious. Damnit I miss that man.

I regularly get the opportunity to interact with him at my job, easily one of my favorite humans that has ever played for the Spurs.

All in one metrics have flaws, but Luke is really good. He’ll probably provide top 75 player value for a top 225 player price over the next few years.

I mean… this is a decision all bigs have to make on the pick and roll. Fox is a star point guard and while it wasnt a great screen that actually knocked Foxs defender off him too much its not infrequent big needs to stunt out.
