Steve Nash to LeBron James: “How old is Bronny?” -LeBron: “He is 21.” -Nash: “21. So you’ve been in 20, this 22 All-Star games.” -LeBron: “More than he’s been here alive.” -Nash: “That’s crazy!”
tbf…that is crazy
It’s crazy that he was that good straight out of high school and managed to stay this great for this long.
Like his first years 3-4 years ( facing Tim, Tony and Manu in the finals by year 4) and the last 3-4 years ( breaking all those longevity milestones) is insane.
He should have made it his rookie year also. The Cavs record wasn’t great and his scoring average wasn’t crazy so he wasn’t selected.
Dad strength be like
LeBron has basically all the youngest to and oldest to records out there.
Probably weirder for the people that don’t know NBA without him.
I have a solid 10 years of fandom before he was drafted.
Literally I’ve never seen the NBA without Bron. My whole life he’s been in the league lol
Same. I graduated college since he joined damn it
There’s some ridiculous stats like he’s played against 35.5% of NBA players ever.
And the leagues merged in 1976, making a nice round 50…he’s played 44% of modern NBA seasons.
That’s legitimately insane.
I was 3 years old when LeBron was drafted. I am now 25 years old. By the time I could comprehend basketball, LeBron was there. I now have a job and an apartment. LeBron is still there.
We’re all old heads and he’s still not retired.
Like how is that even possible?
I was born about month before lebron was drafted lol
I’ve graduated college and he’s still here
I was born July 2003 so my entire life fits into Lebrons nba career lol my dads been a fan of the nba since 1992 (watching the dream team when he still lived in China) and has been a fan for lebrons career. Was my dads wallpaper when I was in elementary/middle school of his family? No it was a picture of LeBron on the Heat. Absolutely crazy that I’m 22 now and not only is LeBron still in the league but still a great player. Truly how long can this fuckery go on???
He’ll lose his ‘youngest to’ records but some of his ‘oldest to’ records will outlive us all. His career totals are going to be in the record books in 100 years.
IMO he plays two more seasons which makes the career points record untouchable.
He’ll lose his ‘youngest to’ records
We sure about that? Players aren’t drafted out of high school anymore, and he was playing 40 minutes a game from day dot. I highly doubt anyone’s touching his records.
Flagg already beat some of his youngest to record. Most scored by 18 year old, youngest to score 35+, youngest with 10 ast, and most points (49) scored by teenager
You gotta rmbr Lebron was putting up those numbers in the slowest pace the league has ever seen.
Adjusting for pace, idt Cooper breaks some of those records.
That’s fair but it won’t have an asterisk in the record books. I’m simply stating that LeBrons youngest to record have a chance to be broken. His oldest to probably won’t.
to be fair, youngest scoring records shouldn’t be held against Bron as he was playing in a putrid scoring era. It’s actually insane he averaged 20/5/5 out of the bat.
I remember when bronny was drafted some dude here tracked down after which lebron game bronny was probably conceived 😂
LeOvulation
Honestly as a dude. That shit is impossible to track
You basically have to get Bronnys birthday and (barring he was premature or overcooked) calculate 9 months prior. He was born October 6 2004. So somewhere between late December 2003 and early January 2004. It’s not impossible to say Bronny was conceived during Lebrons birthday or New Year day
You realized 9 months isnt calculated at the sex right.
You will need to know Savannah ovulation cycle.
Which in the end is near impossible to calculate simply because we are not Savannah
definitely crazy … along with playing against 10 father son combos or something.
LeBron played with Carlos Boozer. Next season, if he’s still playing, he’ll be in the same league as Cameron Boozer. His longevity is insane.
Lebron was in the league for all but Boozers rookie year too.
Stop that
Does the UN stand for “Unc” or the “United Nations”?
Yes
Unc’nited Nations
Uninterrupted
I think at this point LeBrons main legacy will be his longevity above all else
Crazy thing is his longetivity makes people forget that he has probably also had the greatest peaks in the sport outside of MJ.
We get it yall he’s been in the league mad long lol
But more than that the excellence is still there.
I don’t understand it.
GOAT of accolades, for sure. What a resume.
Watched Tokyo Drift with some friends a couple weeks back. Bow Wow had a line in it reference LeBron. He’d already been in the league like 3 years at that point and that movie feels 30 years old.
We get it damn. He’s old. Bronny exists. Cool
It’s incredibly impressive and will probably not be done again for a while. So i appreciate talking about it every so often, but I feel like we just come up with news way to say the same thing every week
Bronny was born to an All-Star nut

Ouch.. but prolly true
