I dont think its a hate comment at all. In fact probably the opposite. These kinds of performances by second/third options happen all over the league and are generally most used by people to hate on the first option.

Its a totally different world if said player had to be the first option in a playoff series with the defenses keying on them game after game. That’s what makes the superstars who they are. Not random 4 game samples that can come against a mix of inferior/not engaged teams.

We already know JDub is an elite second option who has the talent to be a solid number 1 (I’d say not the offensive consistency though) and this stretch of 4 games shouldnt change any opinions or make people
