Good defender, improved his touch around the rim a lot last year, fine as a extra playmaker but he straight up can’t shoot to save his life

Needs to be surrounded by guys who can shoot, he’s basically dollar store Draymond which is a good bench player but not much else.

100%. He is a strong defender and has a great motor. He needs to be on a team with shooting.

I really really want us to grab him. We have enough shooters that I think we can mask the offensive flaws. We play well with Moussa, for example, who doesn’t have much offensive game. It’s worth a shot IMO, especially with our recent suspensions

I genuinely think we should take a punt on him. We don’t need our 5 to be anything more than a roll threat on offense. We could throw him at 4 and survive without his offense too. That’s his main knock. We are in a rare boat where we actually need defenders more than scorers (or 3 pt shooters) lol.

Sochan was never going to get run once the Spurs took the next step ahead of schedule. He needs too much development still.

Really just 2021 and 2022. 2020 was Vassell and Tre Jones. Vassell is still with the team and Jone was a good rotation player until we traded him in the Fox deal. I know Haliburton and Maxey were taken after Vassell, but he wasn’t a wiff.

wdym 3 prior years. it seems he did a decent job in the draft given circumstances. who knows what primo could’ve been had he not been a creep. vassell has been a solid 3+D player. keldon has also been solid off the bench

Primo/Sochan in back to back years is impressively terrible for lottery picks. Only way it could’ve been worse would be taking Johnny Davis.
