I saw Sengun and Pat Spencer on the warriors do it in the playoffs las year, KD and PJ Tucker famously did it. And guess what? Not a single one of those Guys shoved the other in the face. Didn’t happen.

If duren had an issue he should’ve pushed Moussa in the chest or actually walked away. Instead he went for a shove to the face. He knew what he was doing.

A multi-game suspension for Duren would be crazy. He helped start it, but Diabate definitely was the first to escalate by driving forward when they were nose to nose. Pushing Diabate’s face away was a bad idea, but the ejection and MAYBE a one game suspension should be enough. Of the four ejections, he’s easily the one who should face the least punishment.

I really don’t get this logic when defending duren man. I get diabate instigated and got in his face, but like we’ve seen that a lot in the NBA. Typically guys get T’d up and we move on. Shoving them in the face(not even the chest or body) is a clear cut way of starting a fight that wouldn’t have happened otherwise.

Diabate deserves blame for his part, but duren made the biggest mistake imo. Also duren gets in on the head butt too a bit.
