[Lowlight] Lakers bench stand and put their hands up for Jake LaRavia’s first two late game three point attempts, then don’t even bother getting up for the third
Makes sense to change the strategy if standing didn’t work the first two times.

This is how men end up watching games outside.
The team does amazing when I watch it through the living room window!
if he made it, it would have been the right play.
sometimes, shooter miss and you got to live with consequences
Watch Ayton the first 4 seconds. 0 resistance whatsoever on the box out & goes all the way from restricted area to beyond FT line.
Yeah, Lakers desperately need a high energy big that fights down low and play defense. I feel like even with the team as it is, a big that is better defensively and energy-wise but worse offensively would be much better for this team.
It’s part of the reason that Hayes will sometimes/often fit better.
The problem is there’s none of that available on the market.
How about a young and spry Brook Lopez
By GAWD, Is that Splash Mountain’s music?!?
In the offseason? Mitchell Robinson? Obviously health is the major issue there though.
There is one who is perfect. Problem is that he’s currently in Washington
They had Mark Williams until they got spooked about overpaying for him. He would’ve been perfect for Luka.
Yup. What a major fuck up that was.
Dude kept being lazy running back on defense he always ended up on a mismatch without okc even trying
He was allergic to rebounds this game. He’d grab the ball and get it swiped or fumble it every time it mattered
Gotta be able to knock down open 3’s as a professional.
At least it’s nice to see Jake breaking the stereotype around white hoopers being snipers
Nah a SF shooting 36% for his career is pretty good. When he is bad, he is BAD. When he is good, we want him to be better.
He’s at 30% this year. Maybe the bright LA lights fucking with him
He’s at 32% though
Yeah how dare he miss shots
3 butt naked 3’s in a row in the 4th is kind of a big deal
Nah it happens
Robert Sacre would never
The fact they gave him not one, not two, but three different attempts at that? And he missed them all. These dudes get paid to shoot. Doesnt make sense🤷♂️
LaRavia is shooting 44% on threes for his career. The chance of his going 0 for 3 is 17.6%.
If the weatherman said there is a 18% chance of rain and it rains, would you be like “This doesn’t make sense!”
I get it but after 2……
Bro did the math for you and everything and just whoooshh* 😭😂
He rushes his release when he’s open, it’s annoying af
What is it about role players playing bad in LA and going else where and finding their groove back
unironically the lights might be too bright
I’m seeing this bit in circulation about how Steph once said the lights in Staples messed with his vision when he starts lining up his shots. Sounds like a fun conspiracy I could get behind for no reason in particular.
Generally he’s been pretty good outside of his 3P shooting. I think Lakers fans are happy about most other aspects of his game. But yeah, role players forgetting how to shoot has very much been a thing with the Lakers for a long while now.
He’s been really solid. Lots of really good defensive hustle plays, can generally create his own shot, has a post game.
He sold this game, absolutely abysmal clutch work
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Won’t get fooled again.
LaRavia seems lost anytime I watch the Lakers. Why isn’t Reeves playing those minutes?
Cus Reeves has his own minutes to play lolol
Do you have 2 more years to hope Laravia develops into a top 8 lineup contributor to a championship squad?
He’s just another in the long line of Pelinka lateral moves.
Luke should of been in..
[deleted]
lol seems like you’re casual because I’m talking about Luke Kennard. Just slow down and read and you would’ve seen it said Luke and not Luka.
But you were in a rush to get your gotcha moment
Shouldn’t be playing but…
Haters dont watch the game, laravia contributed a ton and most important effort in this game and all season, can consistently finish arounf the rim and is getting more aggressive. Hes a solid 8 guy and young.
Missed shots happen, process over outcome, bet yall sell lebron too when he passes to the open role player who misses the game winning shot.
