[Highlight] Jose Alvarado bricks the corner 3 and then pokes away the ball away from Jaylen Brown, from behind, and scores the easy fastbreak 2 (with a replay)
This will never get old no matter how many times I see him do this shit, he’s so smooth with it every time
Clean af steal
It’s basically his super power now. Every knows about it, and yet he still gets these sneaky steals all the time.
GTA’d a dude that was even fully aware of what he was trying to do. That was impressive.
I was hooping the other day and some dude was trying to recreate it the whole fkn game.. not a big deal but he was hacking every time.. shit was cracking me up.. it didn’t work once but he never gave up lmao
I also ref high school ball and see it from time to time.. funny stuff
S/o to Jose for setting trends
I know these guys have a billion things running through their mind when they’ve got the ball but you’ve gotta spare one of those thoughts for this dude’s location.
Joe Dumars
And we thank him
Trades an unprotected pick while the team enters the season with no starting center and the only PG earning $30 million out with an Achilles injury. Joe Dumars.
Don’t forget trading a top 4 protected Pacers pick(pre Haliburton injury) for a pick in the 20s then used that pick plus their unprotected pick to move up 10 slots.
LETS GOOOO enjoy that 2nd last pick in the 2026 draft and a pick in the early 50s in 2027!
It’s honestly baffling that this always works lol
I mean it didn’t really work like how it usually does; Jaylen literally saw him and still let him steal it somehow lol
Brown needed to stick his ass out farther

Zero aura comment for a zero aura Celtics team. The benchers even called “Airball!” lmao
Spirit of Prigioni
He’s fuckin takin ya cookies
It actually didn’t work lol. Brown saw him but his handlers aren’t that great so he coughs the ball anyway
Alvarado is balling
He’s a great fit
He is such a 2023-24 Knick bro this rules
Thibs’ hands would be shaking like crazy if he had gotten the chance to coach him.
Jaylen browns handles are so bad lol
He might be a palm dribbler.
Not sure what that means but it feels so offensive 😂
You’re taught to dribble/control your dribble with your fingertips, so your palm shouldn’t really touch the ball.
They really aren’t he just doesn’t deal with physicality well. The only teams he’s really ever struggled with are these Knicks and the Butler Heat. Plus he definitely let’s it get in his head way too much. Once you get him the second or third he starts to snowball into a TO machine.
I think he missed that 3 on purpose so that Brown would get the rebound and he could steal it off Brown.
Alvarado and Hart are the disgusting brothers
“poking from behind, which he does so well”
ThumbsUpJoshHart.png
He is literally a perfect fit for them lol 😂
You can already see Alvarado’s impact with the Knicks. His energy and defense show up immediately.
I love and hate Alvarado as a player. I hate any time he plays against a team that I want to win. But I love watching someone play as smart, and as hard as he does. And I hate the fact that the courts are filled with players who don’t play half as smart or hard as he does.
Love that pickup for the Knicks.
Bro didn’t watch the steal highlight reel
Alvarado, Shamet and Brunson might be the most frustrating backcourt to play against lol
He’s soo good at this man😂
”… POKING FROM BEHIND… WHICH HE DOES SO WELL.”
;)
poking from behind, which he does so well…..
Brown forgot to wipe his hairline on his jersey
Thank you for the knicks highlights
love it….
Crackhead energy 🗽
And finished with a comment to the celtics bench lol
Smart play, that’s the old Chris Paul tactic, where you pressure one side and then poke the ball out on the other side.
Time to hate this man lol.
Fuck its weird seeing Jose in a Knicks uniform!
Can he shoot? Turns out no.
He had 12 pts today, including 2⁄4 from 3
