[Highlight] James Harden drops 23 points and 8 assists with 5 threes in his Cavs debut
Its time for Jared allen to really ascend next to harden. Can’t disappear like he has a lot in the past for long stretches.
Jarrett
Auto correct got me and I’m tired if fighting them
The Gianni’s effect
glad the deadline is over, get a break from hitting backspace for a couple months
Oh he’ll naw
Still hard to believe the Beard is a Cav
I was literally going to say the same thing. It’s a weird feeling if I’m being completely honest
Dude I still think it’s crazy that don is a Cav sometimes
Yeah, man. Me too. We have a great GM and an owner willing to spend. I was totally ready for draft lottery wasteland for the foreseeable future after LeBron left, but here we are with a squad that could actually make the Finals. It’s crazy.
-Thats right, u/muppeteyebrows in 2021, Im you from the future. -Wow! What does the future hold? -The Cavaliers will win the NBA Championship behind James Harden and Donovan Mitchell. -Ha you had me for a second there.
It feels like such a natural fit with talented big men, spacing and shooters. Mitchell is an absolute dog too. I hope this works.
Last year it was even if DG was playing well you knew the ball late was in Mitchell’s hands
Now teams have to second guess themselves
Yes at the end of the day it’ll likely fall back to 45 but with Harden lurking teams can’t just sell out on Don
I straight up am giddy to see him play with Mobley. Mobleys ability to stretch the floor this season is going to be such a boon now.
Time to win the eastern conference
Man I like this trade a lot
Him and KD are such elite plug in and play players, its remarkable
And this is without a team practice right? Insane how the superstar players can do that like it’s nothing.
Not sure how his minutes with Mitchell are going to work but they should run up big leads in a lot of games with those staggered minutes. Having either Harden or Mitchell on the court at all times with their depth is going to be an issue for so many teams.
Harden - Allen
Mitchell - Mobley
imo should be how you stagger the rotation between the 4
I agree with this but who do you put around them? Need to spread the shooting and defensive versatility around.
Merrill and Wade with Harden/Allen. Tyson and Schroeder with Mitchell and Allen.
Where do you slot in Ellis? What about Strus when he gets back?
Lebron to complete the team next year.
he had two iso step back 3s where he looked so crisp cooking his defender. i think hes still got a lot of juice left and im excited to see him go crazy with the cavs
Took him a bit to settle in which is expected. Electric fourth quarter, excited to see him and the team gel in the upcoming weeks.
I think he does make the Cavs better this year, but I still question the deal. There’s no shot he’d approve a trade to Cleveland if there wasn’t a 100% guarantee of a contract extension, so if you’re the Cavs you basically have to win a title this year or next, otherwise you’re locked into paying an aging harden 50+ million for the foreseeable future, which is going to mean blowing up your core. Just seems like a really bad situation just over the horizon.
It’s 40 millions a year he’s looking for and he’s looking for 2 years, so the deal if they sign it isn’t a bad one.
Wish I knew the score and time of these plays
small market strip clubs gonna be doing some heavy lifting the rest of the season
Context: they played the kings
I can’t wait for this to work until it doesn’t and he gets traded to a new team in 1 1⁄2 years
