Role imo, with Luka and Austin we don’t need ball handling as much. He was hurt earlier so didnt play much with AD before Luka. Gabe made sense when we didnt have Luka and Austin hasn’t proved he can carry the offense a couple years back

Doubtful. You need to understand that he’s replacing Gabe Vincent who averaged 4 pts 1 & 1 on 38percent shooting while also being too small to be a defensive stopper. Kennard literally has to make one 3 a game a game and lakers fans would be happy with the pickup plus he improves their spacing as teams will close out on him.
