I’ll go ahead and tell my favorite Giannis story. Back when he was a rookie, he sent all his money to his family in Athens. This was the day of a game in Milwaukee and he and didn’t even have enough money left over for a cab ride. He decided to run basically from the east side of the city, along the beach, all the way to the arena downtown. He got like 75% of the way there when somebody recognized who he was and asked why he was running. They ended up just giving him a ride the rest of the way to the Bradley center. The stars really aligned when we drafted him. For someone like me, who grew up in this city and was always told to be ashamed about it, giannis brought something special to be really proud of.

Not trying to be obtuse but That’s what off-season are for. That said, you can tell the FO shot their load already trying to make them better. That Adrian Griffin firing was odd, Doc was supposed to be interim. Alot of odd deals trying to build around him.

I imagine it’s tough when you truly feel emotional about a place and want to be loyal to it but then you have this stupidly constructed roster with a dip shit fucking coach who has been actively making teams worse than their talent for many years now.
