At least with Ware you know he isn’t one of those Heat types who use Spo’s system to maximize their effectiveness which Spo is great at for some role guys.

Downside is he hasn’t really shown much of anything consistent production wise but has flashed insane talent. You’d be betting that you can develop him imo vs take what the Heat have maximized.

Now, Ware as the centerpiece for a Giannis trade might be too risky for the Bucks blood because it truly is a risk. But it doesn’t sound like many young, sure-er things are available like a Harper, Castle or Thompson, Sengun.

Sure but Giannis is already 31yrs old with a quiet list of injuries himself and he relies on his athleticism. Years 5-7 picks & swaps are going to be super valuable even if GSW can luck into another young star (they’ve haven’t so far and are about to dump their entire war chest now)

Getting a young star worth the money so much later down the future is not really realistic or something you can just aim for and you have to imagine all the teams get better with Giannis so you have to picture every team not just GS and what they’ll look like with him on the roster many years down the line.
