As an avid Embiid hater of years past, it’s good to see him be healthy again. The NBA is better and more entertaining when he is playing. If he stays this healthy and this dominant for the rest of the year I’ll consider returning to my usual hater activities come playoff time

Naw, he’s been genuinely impressive lately, but that game was just bad from the Sixers. How can you put up those stats and still get outplayed by Jalen Pickett 😭
Embiid is obviously an elite player, and he’s still a great player regardless of that game, but using a game where they lost against a nuggets team without their starting 5, their backup center, and their best 3 pt shooter off the bench isn’t exactly a fair point to make when the point is bringing up his stats against a good team.
Like, their backup centers backup center who played his 4th proper game playing against a man that dropped 70 on wemby isn’t exactly a fair fight.
I love how Embiid has given Queen and so many other young centers their “Welcome to the league” moment

A lot of his foul calls seem tic-tac, but at the same time he’s such an odd combo of strength and finesse that if you don’t foul he basically walks into an easy bucket
He’s gotta be an all-star. He’s scored more total points than Duren in like a dozen less games
