They are puppies, loud noises and too much stuff can be overwhelming and get them like that. In the following second they are fine, hence why by the end of the video after the people play a bit and they had some time they started to behave more comfortably and curious about the people around them.
It’s not animal torture, and I think it’s a really effective way to make people at home watch and go ‘aww we should get a puppy’, I don’t think it’s something to complain about

Wouldn’t be surprised if they had already been in the arena too, but halftime obviously has a few more smells and a little bit more noise lol.
