24 second clock starts immediately, buzzer sounds it all stops. Nobody else can jump in, or they’re automatically ejected and suspended 5 games without pay.
if the instigator wins, he gets ejected but no suspension.
if the instigator loses, he gets ejected and suspended 3 game without pay.
One team technical for the instigator’s team automatically.
One defending themselves doesn’t necessarily get penalized, unless they did some quasi-dirty shit to provoke the other to throw the first strike, or unless they go past the 24sec clock, or grab a weapon from the scorers table, etc lol
if the one defending themselves wins, in a respectful manor, they get a free throw, possession of the ball, and the the bonus to rescind one previous technical foul from their cumulative total.
