+/- isn’t a good stat to use, but there aren’t many players better than BP making less than \(4m. He's a solid bench player who can contribute to our team. If he's making \)12m, then I’d understand, but even then, he’s been like our 5th best player this season.
Our roster is top heavy, so we have to rely on players like Podz with rookie contracts, and cheap vets nobody else wanted to fill up the roster. We could consolidate, but he makes such little money that it doesn’t make sense to trade him for the production he brings.

If we talk about rebounding per minutes played, Pod would also be ranked 10th on the team. And we’re talking heavily inflated rebounds here. The team isn’t completely devoid of size, Steve Kerr just prefers running 4 guard lineups and wondering why they are getting outrebounded.
