I had to just stop taking them because my brain would either get super depressed and robotic or go the other way into all the time manic. Me and my doctor agreed it’s easier on my mental health to try and figure it out without back in 2003, at 40 I’m depressed sometimes but now its mostly manic stages with the depressed flip meaning Im gonna nap a ton and forget cellphones can call or text.
If I ever get depressed. I will take a large amount of st warts and hit a tanning bed at the gym. Great for the winter blues.
