Look at their stats for tonight. Look at the multiple plays of Raptors going at Chet, both on the perimeter and in the paint. Just because he’s a centre on a great defensive team doesn’t mean he’s a DPOY.
Scottie is pretty unambiguously the best defender in the East. Wemby is unambiguously the best defender on the planet, but he has a very narrow margin on missing out on DPOY due to games missed. After Wemby it’s fair game.
