It’s funny people think it’s nothing. I’m somewhere where it does snow all the time and It’s still makes sense to drive 5-10 mph less than normal. I imagine it’s worse in areas where there isn’t a fleet of snow plows/salt trucks.

Low and behold there’s some dude in a normal ass, non-wrangler, Jeep going 80 every major snow storm like they have places to be when everything is closed for the weather.

It’s not just snow especially in places that don’t usually have winters like this. The roads down south (where I’m from anyways) are extremely bad. I got up to go to work this morning and my car slid a few times before I hit the interstate. Turned my ass around and called out. I value my life over my job 🤷🏾‍♂️

I’m not going anywhere today either but I wouldn’t call someone a lunatic just for driving a truck lol some vehicles can handle fine in snow if they have enough weight, good distribution and good tires. And of course drive very carefully. It’s risky but manageable, people in northern states do it all the time.
