I basically stopped watching the NBA after Michael Jordan stopped playing. I didn’t really watch basketball at all for I feel like 10 or 15 years? Then somehow one day I caught a bulls game with this guy named Derek Rose.
I was so impressed that I started watching basketball again and I’ve been watching ever since.

Not saying he’s free of any guilt and the dude is an idiot for putting himself in the situation in the first place but the girl lied about how she ended up in that situation and her own friend she was a habitual liar testified saying the accuser “lies about everything that comes out of her mouth…” + she was hurt by Rose’s nonchalant reaction to the group sex she specifically said, “Oh he didn’t even care that I slept with them. Those were her exact words.” Her friend accused her of suing him in an attempt of monitory gain.
It’s not a very clear cut case. Both sides had issues telling their story straight.

D Rose means more to the city of Chicago than the 90s Bulls or Michael Jordan ever did.
I’m not sure I’d agree fully with him meaning more than 6 rings but yeah I get what you’re saying. Rose being from here and repping it is a huge thing for people who live here. You can still bump into him just walking around in the city by himself, he’s one of us.
