I think MPJ was doing the right thing here. Nets are in a zone and only need to defend the 3. He passes off Hugo to retreat back to the far corner 3 that was getting filled in. Clowney for some reason goes towards Brown cutting to the elbow when he should have vision on Hugo going to the near corner. That was almost certainly his zone, and his mistake.
