[Highlight] Nurkic’s 14th assist is another Ace Bailey jam. Nurkic has back to back triple doubles
First Jazz player with back to back triple doubles since Pistol Pete
Most assists by a C in Jazz History
Bro it was such a huge deal when Clarkson ended the triple double drought in Utah last season (longest drought in the league for a while, 16 years)
Now this motherfucker Nurk has 2 back to back đ
Now THIS will be a very niche trivia question in 30 years
Jazz Pistol Pete
Jazz
Pistol Pete
Just give the brand back to New Orleans guys.
No. You’ll ruin it
Sure, NOLA would ruin this long run of success
Being the fourth winningest franchise (by percentage) in NBA history until a couple years ago? They’re 6th now.
Yes. New Orleans would ruin that. The Pelicans are currently 24th all time.
New Orleans Jazz is such a fucking cool name
I mean have you seen NOLA basketball?
Crazy that Stockton never did it, he must’ve had so many double doubles with points+assists.
Can’t exactly get rebounds when your team-mate for nearly all your career is 7th all-time in that stat
Iâve literally never seen more cuts for layups and dunks in a singular game. This gameplan is terrifying.
Theres been so many backdoor cuts that I’m shocked you guys haven’t picked up on it and stopped it by now
He switched wemby off Nurkic to counter it later and let wemby roam to stop the backdoor cuts
Thatâs how bad the spurs perimeter defense is..
Spurs really remind me of the 1 seed jazz teams around gobert/don.
Jazz with Lauri running around is so good on offense lol, all the cuts and the threat from 3
Sorry Denver, we aren’t accepting your trade package of Jokic for the better player in Nurkic
If he would have played like this his rookie year for the Nuggets they might have kept him over Jokic. GMs hate admitting a miss like that.
Imagine they chose Mudiay and Nurk over Jamal and Jokic lmao
If history were any predictor, that shouldâve been their fate. You remember where Jazz got their picks for Mitchell and Gobert? There’s a long list of those.
Then Dame, CJ, and Jokic wouldâve gone on to win multiple rings together
Nurkic was legit good when he was on Denver though. Hell he was good/fantastic immediately after Denver until he broke his leg with Portland.
Jokic is just a different animal but I don’t think Denver gets enough credit drafting 2 starting centers that draft
No, this is revisionist history. 7 points and 6 rebounds is not âlegit goodâ in my book. I would be generous with a young big and call it moderate production maybe. In Portland he had a bigger role and more touches and had the best stretch of his career so far where at times he was a 15⁄10 guy.
No, this is revisionist history.
Funny, that’s exactly what I think your comment is. I don’t think a center that was capable of putting up over 20 rebounds pre-injury in a single game is “moderate production”.
That brother does NOT need help
All time elite quote from none other than Jusuf Nurkic
That brother IS the help. Orlando, I’m sure Ainge will give you Nurkic for the low price of Paolo, Suggs, Franz, Bane, and your next 4 FRP.
iâm watching jusuf nurkic in 2026 be the offensive engine for a team
Are we bringing back the Nurk-Jokic debate, I think that debate is back on, many people are saying
Jokic not even getting triple-doubles these past few games let alone score. Nurkic is clearly better right now.
I like Ace
This game pisses me off because Jazz show that they want to win but their FO wants them to tank for the picks. All of this skill without lauri too. It’ll be great to see what they can do once they stop tanking.
Good to see nurk still playing. I still remember him on the blazers during that injury
Nuggets literally gave up on Jokic for Jokic smh
Getting that trade value up.
Wasnât this guy literally one of the worst centers in the league last year? Tf happened?
Kevin durant is an institutional cancer that erodes the joy of everyone near him. And Georges Niang is the cure.
I mean he was already falling off in Portland and was terrible in Phoenix. He’s a center who shoots below average efficiency yet still demands touches. He’s just on a tanking team that lets him do whatever he wants, anybody who trades for him expecting to win a lot of games playing through him is going to learn
What youâre failing to recognize that when he was âfalling off in Portlandâ it was because he had just come back from the nastiest sports injuries Iâve ever personally witnessed, and did so at 300 pounds.
Before that injury he was playing like a top 5 center for an entire season. He wonât ever get back to that level, but heâs just now getting comfortable again since his injury. It was that bad.
Sure, he used to be a positive player, but he’s been washed and demanding too many touches for a long time. He insists on playing like Jokic when his scoring efficiency and touch is horrible
The jazz have 15 wins
Fantastic backdoor cuts by them, love their gameplan.
He’s so bloody good at that leading bounce pass.
