Everyone is just tired of the cycle of getting back into late season injuries and will probably still give him flowers if does well in the playoffs, before that I doubt it.

Embiid is always slow back into form, which also makes it an idiotic comment saying Embiid is now a 6 mpg player.

Saying Embiid was going to be like bench warming Bynum was crazy but considering his injury status, and his first game of the season which I believe is when he said that, it wasn’t that crazy. I mean there were a lot of reports coming from Philly that Embiid’s knees are fcked up beyond repair, that he had multiple surgeries and it didn’t work and stuff like that

Player A is always injured and unreliable, for like a decade now.

OP for some reason - haha look, everyone was wrong about Player A because he is fairly healthy and plays well for a short stretch now! This totally invalidates every reasonable concern ever, we should quarter Bill in the town square!

It’s nice that Embiid and Kawhi still show up when they can, but it doesn’t suddenly solve the fact that when they can is insanely limited and usually doesn’t come up enough to have their team make the playoffs or advance in them. (for Kawhi of course I mean post Raptors)

Most athletes return from an Achilles tear in 10-12 months. It’s still risky, and he shouldn’t do it unless they’re absolutely sure he’s fine and that they have a chance to contend.

I watch every game. Embiid is still allowing only 54% of shots within 5 feet to go in, better than the OKC Thunder AS A TEAM who are best in the league allowing 57% of those shots to go in. So to say they just drive to the rim is insane, considering they are scoring as inefficiently on that shot as possible: Embiid and league team averages

Doesn’t seem like there’s a drive to win yet he’s a +80 on the floor for us in 24 games played. Make it make sense.

Embiid Derangement Syndrome is real

pg has had his moments this season, far from washed.

He’s embraced a more limited role as a 4th scoring option and he’s been very solid in it this year.

Jan: 9 of 31 (.290)

Obviously no where near his career average of .339 coming into this year but much improved as the rest of his numbers have rebounded as well
