I actually think his play making is not bad. He can be better assisting near the rim, but I think he makes the right read a majority of the time. The team overall is abysmal from 3. Cason, Jdub, Chet, Dort, etc. go through phases where they shoot 30% for extended periods. These are wide open shots.

He’s also a better defender, obviously because of his size but still. He’s peaking higher than Curry in some advanced stats but even ignoring those Shai is having as close of a season to Curry’s as anyone ever.

And 70 wins isn’t off the table for us but obviously probably won’t happen, but injuries play a major factor in that. We’re a much more injured team than the Warriors were in 2015-2016.
