If I end up sitting out at least half of next season I might just call it quits. He’s not winning a championship with the Warriors so just collect the money and ride off into the sunset.

There is no universe they should reasonably do that. Their post-Curry picks are probably their most important things to keep. They might throw in extra first/second round picks for the years while Curry is under contract to try to get a trade now but even Curry knows this team needs to implode and tank/rebuild after him.

As a Warriors fan I am obviously sad for the impact on the rest of the team’s season, and a lot of commentary will focus on that, but more importantly as a human being it is terrible hearing him in pain on the hardwood. Nobody’s fault, just a terrible injury. Hope the pain is minimized as much as possible and for a quick recovery.
