Lakers got the most random abbreviations I genuinely don’t know who is who. Mfs be talking about THT, JV, DFS like goddamn at least shorten the first name or sum.
I cant see JV and think of anyone other than Jonas Valančiūnas so its super confusing. And his other nickname “Lithuanian Lighting” worked much better when he was skinny and fast, not hes big and strong so it doesnt make as much sense.

I don’t think the hawks fumbled at all. This is his second 10-day contract at the age of 22. The first team who signed him to a 10-day didn’t even give him playing time, and you could argue he only got it yesterday because it was a blowout.
