Well aside from Curry missing more time overall (Including almost a full season of his prime), DeMar’s been one of the more underrated iron men of this generation of players. Rarely misses a game and he’ll typically give you 18-25 points a night for 78 games a year

He has a very reasonable shot at being in the top 15 total point getters of all time by the end of his career, overtaking Melo, outside shot at passing Shaq.

20K points is basically enough to get you in, unless you’re Joe Johnson, Tom Chambers, or Antawn Jamison. I think one of the main criteria for the HOF is being better than those three guys.

I think a good team could use him off the bench. Can run point and get tough buckets to buoy the offence while you stagger things and don’t rely on him to do all the heavy lifting for the whole game. And depending on game flow can go with him in crunch time for more shot making and ball handling or can be benched in favour of defence.
