Plenty of dead-weight contracts around the league(Embiid, Trae etc) that need to be moved and few teams have the matching power the Clippers have, that alone can create assets in a 3-team deal.

Also don’t forget Zubac has the best starter contract in the league. So, Clippers do have some room to make things happen.
