Looked like a hyperextended knee. At worst a mcl sprain. Didn’t seem impactful enough for a tear. I’ve had microscopic knee surgery with a cartilage tear. Took me three months to recover and I banged knees with someone while playing bball. The fact he doesn’t have a history of knee issues leads me to believe it’s hyperextended. The initial impact can cause a limp but it doesn’t necessarily make it a tear.
