Portland is the 10 seed at 13-19. It would be hard to be that far out.

Kawhi and Harden have both been playing great and relatively healthy, and they’re still 10-21. It wouldn’t surprise me if they climbed to the 8th or 9th seed, but it wouldn’t shock me if they stayed pretty awful.
