You guys really need to understand that we were winning in spite of Griffin. Doc obviously didn’t improve anything but we don’t have to pretend that he was a good coach because the record was good.
Griffin was really not that bad he just got skewered for not over performing with a roster that had noticeable flaws like bad perimeter defense in his first season

There are actual humans who thought this Bucks team was going to win 50+ games this season (looking at you zach lowe). Even with Giannis this team is SO far from being a contender
Myles Turner even before the season felt like a fourth option on a championship team at best. Ryan Rollins’ development has been awesome but it’s just not enough, a lot of the guys on this team would be good 7th-8th men but the starting talent on this team excluding Giannis just really isn’t there

It was a close game but losing to the Wizards with Giannis was worse than any loss we could take without him.
Whole point of the team as constructed is that we kinda suck ass without his rim pressure, rebounding and help defence but when he’s there providing those things the team actually makes sense and fits well. Playing without him is house money because expectations are basically zero, playing with him and sucking anyway hurts.
Might not be because of no Giannis. Still, if the rest of your team is THAT bad then maybe it will be lol. Regardless, seems like no one is talking about it lol.
