Jayson Tatum playing some 1v1s at the Celtics practice facility
he got that fetal stem cell recovery speed
harvesting deuce’s achilles
Jb should’ve used something like that instead of saying extra chromosome…
The Anomaly
It’s going to be a crazy day on here when in a few weeks we see him practicing with the team and then get the injury report as doubtful.
Tatum early return to Celts for a Championship push
I absolutely think he’s going to push to return to make a run if Boston keep playing like this
The East is pretty wide open this year they’d easily be one of the top contenders with him
He needs to stay home and wait until next year
Don’t rush it
I hate these types of comments so much. Obviously Tatum and the staff are going to make sure he’s 100% before he returns. He can’t be 101%. Once he’s 100% he’s 100%
It’s never that simple. Players want to play, organizations want players to play. It’s also one to thing to ease back in at the beginning of the regular season vs. come back at the beginning of the playoffs when high intensity basketball is being played
It’s so obvious that teams rush players back all the time somehow
But from an injury this major?
I love when people say this, obviously they are going to rush it. They have access to all the best medical experts and technology, as well as physical therapy staff…if he returns it’s because he is more than good to go.
I mean teams rush back players through injuries all the time. This isn’t like some unheard of thing.
Nope not really…what’s your evidence of that? Just because guys occasionally reinjure themselves doesn’t mean every precaution wasn’t taken. No player is ever completely risk free from an injury.
Use your brain, why would the Celtics rush back and risk the career of their franchise player during effectively a lost, non contending year? If he comes back, it means he has been cleared from every angle and has more than convinced all stakeholders and medical staff.
Imagine if the Celtics somehow come back and beat OKC in the Finals this year and Tatum gets FMVP
The crash outs would be legendary
That would be funny
You shut up.

Celtics gonna be damn scary when he comes back
Players typically aren’t 100% their first season back from an Achilles.
Dru Smith is having one of the best seasons of his career right now. Returned in 9 months.
Dominique had the best season of his career first year back. Returned in 9 months.
Celtics are already doing good without him add a 25% Tatum and the team still improves
Obviously silly lol. If he’s not 80% or more he shouldn’t be playing
Generally I’d agree with you, but I’m not in the business of doubting this dude. Even if he’s not as explosive the first year back, he’s gonna find a way to do the job
There’s always weird stuff that happens.
Richard Sherman a Defensive Back in the NFL tore his Achilles in November 2017 and was at Training Camp 9months later in August 2018 without issue.
He can ease in over the course of a season. But yeah I’d be leery of just throwing him into a 35 mpg role.
I’m making it a priority to be at his first available game. Crowd is gonna go crazy when he checks in
Jesus. They may have to bring back that Superman commercial!
He’s ramping up
This guys a sicko
Damn, not even the slightest limp. Hes quick on his feet, jumping on both feet. Its scary how fast his recovery process has been. Now just waiting on the Haliburton and Lillard clips
He looks ready now!
That defense is atrocious
Is that every miss from Tatum counts for 2 points for the opponent?
