Outside of preventive measures like rest, I wonder if there’s anything that could be done with reinforcing shoes for better support. There was a lot of playing through them in the playoffs last year. Looking back I’m very glad Aaron Gordon was okay in the game he played but I also think he was way more aware of it. Haliburton looked like it didn’t bother him at all until it did which may have been a contributing factor.
I could be wrong, but I believe the feet taping is the same idea as Curry’s ankle brace. With the brace being more secure since it doesn’t loosen up while playing.
